After the big dedicated server news in late October I started listening to the podcast, named Bash and Slash (BASH), where this news was revealed.

On monday, the 7th of December, these guys had an interview with Josh Olin, the community manager, from Treyarch, the reators of CoD: WaW. Altough he didn't reveal much what they are doing in the future, he did mention that they were aiming more towards PC. Well.. You should probably listen to the interview as he explains it better, hehe.

Where do we go from here?

After leaving the PC gamers with a console port of 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2' (CoD:MW2) I wonder where this clan will go from here. Do we wait for Call of Duty 7, something we don't know how similar to CoD:MW2 it will be, or do we go to another game? There are two options that crosses my mind when it comes to similar gaming we've had with the CoD-series up until now. One being 'Battlefield: Bad Company 2' and, two, the newely announced 'Medal Of Honor' situated in Afghanistan.

Right now there isn't much information about the new 'Medal Of Honor' only that it's situated in Afghanistan. Well, last night Infinity Ward had a chat where players could ask questions to the developers, and some quite depressive stuff was revealed.

Here is the highlights:
-Using the 25 killstreak (Tactical Nuke) ends the game.
-The game will only support a maximum of 9 vs. 9 players
-No leaning (Hello, Xbox!)
-No console ability (/reconnect, /disconnect, /quit, /record is out of the window)
